I can fold paper into a tiny book and draw one idea on each page.

Let’s get started

Today we will explore build a mini-book through play. Grown-ups can model it first; children can respond by pointing, moving, speaking, or drawing. There is no speed test.

Learn together

  1. Watch together: Fold paper into a tiny book and draw one idea on each page.
  2. Try it as a team: Make marks slowly without worrying about neatness. Pause, repeat and let the child lead.
  3. Try once more in a new way: Explain your picture to an adult. Celebrate the attempt, not perfect results.
